乔布斯的话“If you just sit and observe,you will see how restless your mind is。If you try to calm it,it only makes it worse,but over time it does calm,and when it does,there‘s room to hear more subtle things--that’s when your intuition starts to blossom and you start to see things more clearly and be in the present more。Your mind just slows down,and you see a tremendous expanse in the moment。You see so much more than you could see before。”
如果你坐下来观察,就发觉你内心的不安,如果你试图去平复,恐怕会变得更糟,但一段时间之后就会安静下来,那个时候就能听到更微小的的东西-当你的直觉开始发芽,你开始看到当下更多更清楚的。你的心灵变慢下来了,你感知到当下巨大的扩展。你能看到比你以前多得多的东西。
